I've been into making tomato sandwiches for lunch. Just sliced
tomatoes and Vegenaise (had to drop mayo after the gall bladder
attack). And bread.

The quiche made by HT's dottir didn't have any flavor. A bit
rubbery. She didn't use a recipe. I think I'll jazz it up tonight by
topping it with cheese and tomatoes and sliced onions before heating.
Probably a thick layer of Velveeta would do it.

make some cuts in the thing, either sautee garlic and put in or roast some
garlic cloves to the soft sqwuishy state and them smear over it so it goes
in the cuts, then put on the cheese, Lee

A little parmesan sprinkled on top ought to perk up the quiche quite a
bit too, it has a lot of flavor.
