I know what plain evaporated milk is supposed to look like, but what I
DON'T know is what color evaporated SKIMMED milk is supposed to look
like. Not filled, but skimmed.

This would be a good question for Mintee. I hope someone else can
fill her shoes for this one.

Canned evaporated skim milk is a slightly creamy white colour.
